Most days this means a 1 hour afternoon nap, so organisation is critical. Can't let work get in the way or thinking about work when I should be sleeping.... 



-Deadlift 180kg, Back Squat 150kg, Press 80kg, Clean 120kg, Snatch 80kg, Pullups 50, Pushups 100

Just going to CrossFit my ass off for these goals, hit 3 on/1 off hard and consistently.

Complete More FM triathlon on 22 Feb in under two hours (I was orignially hoping for under 1 hour but after last nights workout I have revised it to a more acheivable time!).

Well, its been 5 weeks.  I can swim 300m without stopping. Its not pretty but I get there.  Haven't quite got there on the kipping pull ups.  Maybe in a few more weeks.  And as for the tri, well we'll see after Sunday.  I'd love to do it in under 90  ...</description>
