I'm challenging myself to perfect paleo eating for the next two months, with the goal of getting cut for summertime I'll be posting what I eat here on the forum, and I need you guys to help keep me on the straight and narrow.

The ground rules are:

1) NO: Sugar/Alcohol/White Carbohydrates

2) LOTS of: Veggies, good protein and good fat

3) Keep a handle on quantity

Sounds so simple... Bet it wont be as easy as it looks!

Let the games begin.

Right - I have had 4 days away in Fiji (where it bloody rained - crap - I am sure no one will feel sorry for me but...I feel sorry for me) So now it's back into it and I have to be anwserable to someone or something so I have decided to keep logging my food. It was interesting in Fiji as I wasnt bad but the odd times I did have a bit of carbs I suffered horribly. Upset, bloated stomach and just plain uncomfortable. So - into it

Ok, so recently I've been getting a few hate burgers from people (some of them strangers, some of them 'friends', and some them family) for the choices I make with eating in terms of following the Crossfit Nutritional Laws and keeping it lean and green for 95% of my week...

Thought I'd bust out a few of my favourites come backs/conversations/one liners I've had with folks who have teased me a bit, all just FYI.

Hope this helps and you can use a few of 'em to throw back ...
