			<description>I Love the hero workouts, those are the crossfit workouts named after SAS, SWAT, firemen, Rangers etc.. killed while in the line of duty.  They seem ridiculous when you read the WOD, like &quot;how the heck can I do that?!?!&quot;.  But you do!  And halfway through when you don't think you've got anything left, you think &quot;hang on, this dude/chick was hardcore, I better step it up&quot;.  And you finish.  Battered and bruised and never wanting to do it again.  Good times.</description>

			<description>The guys from Crossfit Brand X in California and CrossFit Scotland somehow started collaborating on some ridiculously hard workouts, that they christened Painstorms.



This particular one was one of the first Crossfit workouts I did.  I think it took around 45 mins. It's a wonder I went on to actually open an affiliate afterwards.
