I've been meaning to talk to you for about four weeks now. And it's just got to the point where I can't take it anymore. One of the things I took away from Darren's nutrition session was that eating high carb foods = bad. To me this equated to grains, potatoes and so on. Also, it was great to finally understand WHY high carbs are bad, but that we aren't talking no carbs, just lower carb than most of the population. But there was also the Paleo aspect of it that I was intrigued in as well, so did a lot of research.

			<description>Darren,

I've read a bit about this lately on Mark's Daily Apple, Robb Wolf and Health Spotlight. Do you have any view on this?

Scott Kustes on Health Spotlight did a six part series on the physiology of IF which is relatively convincing.

Personally I don't know if I could do it, and I'd probably be better to make other minor changes like cutting alcohol, dairy and wheat completely out of my diet. But I find the topic quite interesting.
