Progress
I don't think I've lost any weight but my body composition has definitely changed in the last month since starting crossfit. I've lost 2 inches from my waist and some upper body size
My muscles feel longer and leaner!

Better eats goal
Cut out Sugar/Alcohol/Wheat and Potatoes for the next month starting Saturday 24th.
Food diary's tend to make me food obsessed, so i wont write daily entries of what I'm eating. Will however post my progress and any slips ups (if any).
