100g Alaskan king salmon - this was incredible - you can only get it around this area, freshly caught for a few months of the year and it was incredible
1c lettuce
1 tbsp vinigarette

1 small pastry

1 beer
2 vodka, lime juice and water (i figured this was better than beer)
2 shots of something???
Then it was time to call it quits!!!
But - no more alcohol this week. This was our customers party for the year, kind of got my arm twisted. And no proper food.
Promise to be good now though
This is getting really hard - but my food is still surprisingly good!
