B 2 x Fried eggs, mushrooms and streaky bacon. 1 x black coffee
S Flat White
L Nandos - Half Chicken w/ chips and Vanilla Coke (freaking Fail. At least I avoided a burger)
D Thanksgiving Dinner 5 days early around at a friends place. Awesome feed - tried to stay as paleo as possible. Stuck to turkey, green salad, cranberry sauce, carrots and a small portion of mashed potato. Had to try a small slice of Pumpkin Pie....SO GOOD!

S Protein smoothie w/ coconut cream & mixed berries
D BBQ @ a friends place!!! 1 x lamb steak, 4 x beef & garlic sausages, 1 x chicken sausage, bbq'd eggplant (mmmn) and mixed salad. Woop!
3 x Steiny Edge (mid strength if that means anything....)

Starter - Longplate tapas selection (oyster, 1 x bruschetta w/ basil, seared beef)
Main - Seared Snapper w’ spring vegetables & mirin beurre blanc. Seasonal greens w’ lemon garlic butter (asparagus, broccoli & green beans)
3 x Steiny Pure - sorry guys, everyone else was drinking at the lunch and I couldn't bring myself to just go with water. FAIL)

Messy day eating as I was out-and-about and didn't have the opportunity to cook good food.
B Protein shake - coconut cream, mixed berries, protein powder
S Flat White, "Aussie Bodies" Protein Bar (gross!), Banana
GU Espresso Energy Gel - on Woodhill ride. I needed carbs after tough CF session and fast ride.
L Omelette - 3 eggs, zucchini, tomato, tasty cheese, mushrooms, baby spinach. 3 x streaky bacon slices
D Oporto Chicken Burger. 1 x small fries.
2 x Dark Ghana.
2 x Edge Beer watching the mightly All Whites! BOYAH...we have qualified!

B Paleo Pancakes w/ mixed berries and natural yogurt (my GO TO primal breakfast!)
At a team strategy day at Stamford Plaza, so food intake could be poor....
S Banana + Grapes
L Buffet lunch - fish, loads of decent mushroom/capsicum salad. Everyone else loaded up on carbs (bread rolls, pasta and potato salad). The afternoon food coma hit them hard. A colleague was literally sleeping next to me during one of the presentations Suckers!
S Flat White + Strawberry smoothie (it was a smoothie or a Red Bull. Think I made the right choice!)
Post work drinks - had Hoegaarden beer
S Almond butter
D Omelette - 3 eggs, chorizo sausage, zucchini, kumura, pumpkin and baby spinach. Few slices Blue Brie cheese (mmmmmmmmnnnnnnn!)
S 1 x Hell Pizza slice (chicken). Another primal FAIL, but it tasted SO good. Damn it, guilty as charged!
