B - Bacon & eggs
L - Roast chicken & salad
S - Salad ( baby spinach, feta cheese, onion, tomato,balsamic dressing, roast pork ), apple.
S - Mixed nuts ( almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts ), apple, banana.
D - Beef steak & mixed veges
S - Smoothie ( Black currents, coconut cream, fish oil, 3 scoops protein powder )

B - Smoothie ( blackcurrents, coconut cream, fish oil, 3 scoops protein powder )
L - Lamb shanks, carrots, onion
S - Salad ( chicken, bacon, beef, lettuce, spinach, beetroot, carrot, feta cheese, onion, dressing )
D - Bacon, eggs, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower )
S - Smoothie ( black currents, coconut cream, fish oil, 3 scoops protein powder )

Ok I will try to increase my snacks to include more protein and fat, get hold of some Biltong etc.
I seem to be getting quite lean now so body probably needs more, but Daz weighed me few days ago and I havn't lost any more weight, just half a kilo since I started the challenge.

Hey Paul!

Looks like you are still on track, nice work! I still want to see you eating a little bit more and ensuring those meals are balanced with at least some carb, protein and fat - or at least prot and fat. Whether it is your snack or a main meal.

Is that manageable do you think?

L - Beef caserole ( carrots, onion )
S - Protein shake ( chocolate 85% coco, 2 scoops protein powder, fish oil )
D - Beef caserole & broccoli
S - Protein shake ( 3 scoops protein powder, black currents, cocnut cream, natural greek yogurt, fish oil, banana )

S - Handfull of walnuts
D - Curry beef again ( cooked a big lot in the slow cooker, was a success )
S - Smootie ( blackcurrents, natural greek yogurt, fish oil, 2 scoops protein powder, coconut milk )
