B - Piece of Vogels with Vegemite (always like this when sick)
Primal Mix

L/S 2 Tsp fish oil, Apple with almond butter, few strawbs - really have to force eating

S - Nuts Raisins

Yes it is achievable! When you say balance, and you put Carbs...? does that mean its ok for me to have some carbs? Or try to up the Vege's etc? I am doing ok with 3 meals and my portion sizes are going down each week I think. Not as hungry as I was week 1 and 2. I must admit being sick I have craved carbs a bit more?

Hey Rach,

Sorry to hear about having a head cold, those really suck!! Hope you are feeling better now?!

For the next half lets try focus on balancing your meals a little better. I don't mind if you only eat three meals a day but make sure you are getting carbs, protein and fat in each meal. Watch the portion sizes.

Do you think that is going to be achievable? What are you finding hard about the nutrition side of things?

S - 2 x Tsp Fish Oil, Fruit and Nut mix
L- Few slices of salami, tomatoes, avocado mushed up with garlic
S - Strawbs
D - "Pasta-Less" chicken fettucine, served on spinach instead of pasta

Woke up - HEAD COLD! Feel like crap, no energy, craving carbs!......Don't look at what follows......
B - Eggs Benedict
S - Green Tea, nuts
L - Apricot Danish
S - 1 x Shortbread Biscuit
D - 1 x Steak Tortilla, filled with cheese and steak! Homemade Guac on the side, avo, tomato, garlic
S - 2 x Dark Ghana
***Still don't feel any better, probably worse after what I ate!**** Fell off the wagon today big time with the carbs but tomorrow is another day!
