Doug's Challenge Goals
1 - To lose my pot belly.
2 - Just to feel healthier in general .. less tied , not easy with young kids.
3 - To do unassisted pull-ups would be nice.

all three of your goals are heavily affected by diet so i guess that is where we start. As i look through your food log you look like your doing well. How long have you been eating this way?

Hey Pat
This first week was always going to be difficult .. attended 3 bithday parties.
But first week was big improvement on old normal diet.
Also ran the Auckland marathon on Sunday 1st Nov .. energy levels were good considering change of diet.
So overall pretty happy.

Glad to hear that the energy is doing good. Marathons suck... for everyone. I personally would never run one by choice. Im glad your doing good with everything right now. Ill be there soon and we can dive into the specifics. Then it will get real fun.
