Flea's Springclean Goals
1, Gain lean mass whilst dropping body fat to low levels (Hard to know an amount with out knowing my baseline) I guess I will know when my shirts are too tight and my pants are falling off!!!
How? Eat Primal and be consistant with my quantity and quality of food.
2, Make serious gains in my strengh base (Oly movements / Pullups / HSPU's ect)
"I may be a bit optimistic here but I need to push myself"
Deadlift 2 x BW, Back Squat 1.5 x BW, HSPU 6-8 reps, Pullups (Kip) 40
How? Train my arse off, get good amount of rest, Try too stress less (ha ha am fully in to my silly seson now)
3, Enjoy the challenge and Help out my team mates kick some Team Taz & Daz arse
4, Improve my Baseline: Grace, Rxd at least the time I did previously with (50kg)
: Drop 1 min from WOD to around 7min 30sec
