Spring Clean Info

These forums are here for you to utilise to support your team mates, organise each other for team challenges, share recipes and menu ideas, and get advice from your coach.

You will need to post your workouts in this forum for the duration of the challenge. If you haven't set one up before, start with 'New Topic' (and title it eg. 'Bill's Workout Log of Awesomeness') filed under your team name. For subsequent additions to this, you will 'Add Reply' and title your replies Week 1-Workout 1, Week 1-Workout 2 etc.

Every 2 weeks we'll be asking for a few days worth of food diary, which you will first post as a 'New Topic' (and title it eg. 'Bill's Food Diary') filed under your team name. For subsequent additions to this, you will 'Add Reply' and title your replies Week 3, Week 5 etc.
